Definition:

The Formal Definition/Usage Is - " When an action has a relation with Present "

Explaination:

You must be confused and thinking what does it mean relation with present !!! well don't worry when iam teaching. this defintion is very easy to understand and to make you understand i have one example for you which will clear your all confusions -
Example No1: let's say I took breakfast at 12:00pm and then I meet someone at 12:15pm that person Suggests me to eat something But I ate at 12:00pm and now after 15 mins of eating my stomach is full . Even though I ate in Past But In Present Still My Stomach is Full

So in order to show this kinds of situations in english grammar we use Present Perfect tense because when An Action Happened in the past but it has a Relation with Present which in this case (Take breakfast at 12:00pm in past ) and someone (offered in present at 12:15 when the stomach is full)
Example No2: Let's say right now iam in someone's wedding ceremony and after sitting , talking with friends the dinner table gets open i take rice , chicken in my plate and sit while iam eating

one of my relative comes and asks "Mr - Naveed did you take the chicken?" so i say yes yes my brother "i have taken the chicken " - so this last sentence in "quatation mark" is showing the present perfect because the action (of taking chicken ) happened in past and still my plate is not empty it has some chicken left ok!!!

Present Perfect Tense : Structure / Formula

Till now we have understood the usages or the defintions of Present Perfect Tense. now we should understand how to make example sentences to do that we need to see the structure of making examples which is

Subject:

Means Who or What Performs The Action. It Can Be ( He , She , it , They , You , We ) or Anyname - For Example: - He, Naveed, Computer, English

"A Word Which Shows An Action Is Called Verb" - Ex: (Dance , Read , Listen , do)

Object:

In easy words object gives us the full meaning of a sentence Example: He has played - in this sentence we don't know what has he played? either football , cricket - this sentence is without object - now another Example with object -
Example No 2 : He has played football - this sentence with object and giving us the full meaning and sense
Why do we use Helping Verbs? - May be you ask yourself why do we need Helping Verb Well the simplest answer of this question is as you know in english grammar we have many structues so how will a person will understand which tense are you using to make this confusion clear every tense has its own helping verb so that a person can understand oh this tense you are using ok!!! in this tense we have two helping Verbs - (Has , Have)
1) Has = Has is a helping verb - We use Has With Singular Ex: He , She , it or any Singular Name
