Present Perfect Continuous - Definition:
"An Action Which Had Been In Progress In The Prepast Up To The Past"
Definition - Explaination:
You must be confused and thinking what does it "An Action Which Started in the Past and in Progress Up to Present" !!! well don't worry when iam teaching. this defintion/usage is very easy to understand and to make you understand i have examples for you which will clear your all confusions ok!!! Example No 1: "Your Heart has been beating for 20 years"According to me the best example to understand this tense is by this example "Your Heart has been beating for 20 years". lets say your are now 20 years old can you please tell me since when your (heart Is beating?) well you will say
since i was born - so try to understand this action (heart beating) started when you were born and till now your heart is pumping blood to your body 27/7 so this action is still continue - so in order to tell this kinds of actions we use present perfect tense - when an action started (which in case is heart beating) in the past and the action is still continue Example No 2: "I have been waiting for your since 6:15 AM"let's say me and my friend decided to go for a morning walk so i woke up at 6:00 Am
because he said "come to my house at 6:15Am then we will go together"so i reached to his house ring the bell and he comes out from the window and says just 5 mins.
i wait for him .......
and now its 6:45Am and still he is not ready so i become angry and use future perfect tense to tell him "oh my brother I have been waiting for him since 6:15 AM" So what this sentence is telling that "The action which in this sentence is (waiting) started in the past (Means at 6:15Am)
and still continue

this question is as you know in english grammar we have many structues

every tense has its own helping verb so that a person can understand oh this tense you are using ok!!!
in this tense we have two helping Verbs - (have been , has been)
Have Been = Are is also a helping verb - We use Have Been With plural Ex: I , They , We or any plural Names - like: "I have been"
